WEST Australian gold miner Silver Lake Resources has moved on Integra Mining in a $426 million deal.
The Integra board is backing the deal – in the absence of a superior offer – that will see the targets shareholders offered one new Silver Lake share for every 6.28 Integra shares they hold. The deal values Integra at $426m, representing a 43.6 per cent premium to Integras last closing price.
