resourceINTELLIGENCE TV – Episode 3 – Nov 2009

In our third episode of Resource Intelligence TV we spoke with BMO global commodities analyst Bart Melek who sheds insight into why the economy is improving so quickly, and how much more improvement we’ll see through 2010.

Resource Intelligence is a steady source of interviews, articles and multimedia for resource investors. This week in our Newsmakers segment we spoke to Eric Fier, the COO of SilverCrest Mines, the newest producer on the TSX now in the mine development stage in Sonora Mexico. Next up is George Sookochoff, the president and CEO of International PBX, who is overseeing his company’s efforts on a huge copper and molybdenum project in Chile.

On each episode of resourceINTELLIGENCE TV we ask our guests a question that delves into the big picture questions many investors have. This week: Economist David Rosenberg has said, Canada is witnessing a boom in capital inflows. Last month, foreign investors plowed $5.1 billion into the Canadian markets, and year-to-date have added a record $67.4-billion of Canadian securities to their portfolios. With that in mind, should the federal government be more aggressively creating incentives for investors to invest in exploration and development companies?
