In a mess of veins at the Bermingham project in Yukon’s Keno Hill silver district, primary-silver producer Alexco Resources (TSX: AXR) is seeing more bonanza grade silver amidst broader mineralized intercepts.

Alexco reported multiple sub- to plus-metre-long intercepts often grading in a range between 1,000 g/t to 2,500 g/t silver, with additional gold, zinc and lead. A number of the intercepts, usually including narrow multi-kilogram assays and allowing for up to two metres of non-mineralization, showed strong silver grades over broader widths.
